Hoodie includes "Mrs." along with last name up to 8 letters. Additional cost for names longer than 8 letters, please contact us prior to purchase. This item also includes "EST." with date in numbers (not month spelled out) If you would like that, please contact us for price.

**If you have a longer last name, the name will be done on two lines (Mrs. on line one and Last name on line two) then date on the 3rd line. If you have a shorter last name (Mrs & Last name will be on line one and date will be on line 2)

Please type in Name & Date EXACTLY as you want it done in stones! If you enter the date as 7.10.10 OR  7-10-10  it will look JUST LIKE THAT!
