Can I change the style of the lettering (font choice)? TOP

Most items in my store are able to be customized. This means you can select both the font style & the stone color. If an item is "as is" it will be stated as this in the description and at check out, you will not see the option of font choice or stone color.

All items that are able to be customized will ask you for this info at check out.

Where do I find the Font choices? TOP

Font choices are provided as a link in the listings (if offered for that particular item). The link is called "font selections" and is usually located after the item description. You would click this and another window will open with all the fonts by name.

Personalized items include what? TOP

This applies to ALL items that have "Child's name" added; transfers, tees, totes, etc. If something is personalized with a NAME, it's just that...a NAME...not a business, not a website, not a phrase, a NAME. It's unfortunate that I have to put a cap on the amount of letters in a "name" to avoid people adding their business name at check out, etc. If you do not enter a child's NAME then your order will be refunded. If you would like something longer like a business name, website, phrase, etc, then please CONTACT US prior to purchase so we can quote you a price. Thank you

Can I send an item as a gift? TOP

Yes, you can purchase an item and send it as a gift. Please just let us know at check out who the recipient is and also if you would like an enclosure card (free of charge). We will also wrap your items in tissue paper and send no invoice in the package with pricing information.

How do your shirts, tanks, tees run? TOP

All our items are high quality and run true to size unless noted in the description.

We have photos up of all our STYLES of garments. Under each picture are the colors that they are available in and also sizes. If you have ANY questions regarding size or color or style, please do not hesitate to contact us!

What is your turnaround time? TOP

Each item is handmade and made in the order in which it is received so our turnaround time varies. We ask for 10 business days before anything can ship. This does not include holidays or weekends.

If you need something before that, please contact me first BEFORE purchase so I can see if I can work with you on your timeline.

During busy seasons like Bridal season or holidays, the shipping time can be slightly longer than that but it will be noted on our HOME page if it is different than our 10 business day timeframe.

We DO offer some items that are "ready to ship" transfers which are not custom made and have no font choices or stone color choices. This will be stated in the item description. These usually ship the next business day or our next shipping day. Also check out our Clearance section for ready to ship items!

*If you purchase a "ready to ship" item WITH any custom item, your items will not ship until our regular 10 business day schedule. Please contact us with any questions.

Please Please Please do not purchase an item and then write at check out: "I NEED THIS ASAP" with a date that is under our 10 business day timeframe WITHOUT contacting me PRIOR to purchase so that I can make sure that this is feasible.  ALL of our customers are important to us and we do the BEST that we can to accommodate everyone. If you would like to RUSH your order, please contact us and we can send you an invoice for the RUSH fee (depending on your order & when you need it to go out).

How do you ship your items? TOP

All our shipping in the U.S. is done by USPS First Class Mail. This means once items are shipped, it can take 3-5 business days depending on where you live.

All packages within the U.S. come with delivery confirmation & a tracking number. Insurance is NOT INCLUDED with purchase but is available for an additional cost.

For international shipping, please allow up to 10 BUSINESS days before an item can arrive once shipped.

PRIORITY SHIPPING is always available (in the U.S.) for an additional charge. Please contact me if you would like to "upgrade" your package.

I need my item right away, can I RUSH my order? TOP

Yes, we offer a RUSH fee so that your order can go out faster if you need it.

The fee depends on your order, the amount of items you order, the date in which you need your items to go out, etc. Please contact me to see if this is available for your order.

This does not speed up your SHIPPING TIME. Your items will be shipped via First Class USPS. The "RUSH FEE" only guarantees that your item(s) will ship sooner out of our studio.

You can also upgrade your Shipping option to shorten your transit time once item(s) ship. Please inquire since it depends on your location.

What is your return policy? TOP

Since all of our products are MADE TO ORDER for each specific client that is ordering them, we do NOT offer ANY returns.

IF a product is defective, you would have to contact us immediately upon receipt of item and explain what is wrong with the item. Each and every item is handmade, therefore, it is handled and inspected before it leaves our studio.

IF your item is an iron on transfer and arrives with a stone(s) misplaced, this is normal and can occur during shipping.  You can use your fingers or a pair of tweezers to realign the stones back in place. If for some reason, there are stones missing or it is very ruined, please contact me for further instructions. All our transfers are packaged using a stay flat envelope that can not be bent or folded, it has to remain flat keeping the transfer secure.

IF your item is incorrect upon arrival, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. This includes, misspelling of name, wrong size, wrong color, etc. All packages that are shipped within the U.S. automatically come with tracking information through the USPS so both buyer and seller can track the package. International packages also have tracking numbers through USPS.

 

I received the wrong item TOP

If you received an item that is incorrect, misspelled or incorrect size, please contact us IMMEDIATELY upon receipt. All cases will be handled on a case by case basis since all cases are different.

Is my package insured? TOP

Insurance for your package is optional and is to be purchased by the buyer. If you would like to purchase insurance on your package, please contact us when you place your sale so that we may send you an invoice for the difference.

Once a package leaves our studio and is mailed at the USPS, it is OUT OF OUR HANDS. We ship hundreds of packages and for the most part, the USPS is great at having packages arrive in a timely manner, HOWEVER, it is out of our control if your package arrives in stated amount of time. It is now in the post office's hands and both buyer and seller can track the package with provided tracking number.

If, for any reason, a package is delivered back to us (return to sender) for damage, etc, then once the package is received back to us, we will assess the situation (i.e. if a new item needs to be made or if the item needs to be re-packaged, etc) and go from there.

This is why insurance is KEY. It is optional and up to the BUYER to purchase additional. Please let us know before you purchase that you would like insurance on your package.

What form of payments do you accept? TOP

We accept PAYPAL for all our payments online. You can use your CREDIT CARD through paypal to complete the transaction.

We also accept MONEY ORDERS and Personal Checks. Please contact us if you would prefer to pay this way.

If paying by personal check, your check has to CLEAR before your items can be made. All of your order will be made and shipped before 10 business days from date of cleared check.

COMING SOON: We will be accepting Credit cards directly over the phone and online so you do not have to use a paypal account.

Can I send you a picture of me in your bling? TOP

YES, YES, YES! We absolutely LOVE customer photos whether it's an entire bachelorette party in tees/tanks, a Bride in her hoodie, a project that you made using one of our transfers, a Birthday girl, etc. We LOVE to see them!!

How do I care for my Bling item? TOP

Care instructions for your Custom Bling Item:

  • Turn garment inside out
  • Wash in COLD water
  • Lay flat or hang to dry
  • Never place item in a dryer. The glue that is holding the stones in place is heat activated
  • Do not dry clean
  • Do not iron over design
